  • Total queries, active users, and satisfaction rate

  • Average response time

  • Daily query volume graph

  • Hourly/day activity heatmap

  • Most active Slack users

You can use this to:

  • Spot knowledge gaps

  • Track bot engagement

  • Improve documentation based on real usage
